The employee could for example check/change their details, competencies, appraisals, look at the company calendar or make searches in the database.

Opitma VOL (Vacancy Online) allows the organization to make vacancies available on the web. A person who wants to apply for a job can register as a user and provide his/her information to the DataBase. The submitted applications will appear in the Optima Recruitment & Planning Module for 'vacancy-applicants' match making.
