Optima Query Builder

Optima Query Builder allows the user great flexibility to obtain any Customizable Report from the Optima DataBase. You can specify the conditions and formats as you prefer to Query the DataBase. The results will be listed according to the user specified sorting criteria. The results sheet either could be directly printed or exported to Microsoft Excel(if available).

Optima Letter Builder

Optima Letter Builder is the ultimate tool for generating various types of Letters from the defined Templates. The inbuilt Query Analyzer will generate fields that could be added to the Letter Template for 'Mail Merging'. These Letters could be saved under their respective categories. Optima Letter Builder comes with Word Processing features such as spell checking, font setting, text alignment etc.
